Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nudgix, a reminder service delivered over WhatsApp. By messaging the bot or upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Nudgix lets you create and manage reminders in plain language over WhatsApp. We interpret your messages, schedule reminders, and send notifications at the times you request, in your timezone.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid WhatsApp account. Your phone number identifies your account. You're responsible for the messages sent from your number.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Free — up to 5 active reminders, no recurring reminders.
- Pro — unlimited reminders, recurring schedules, and priority delivery, billed as a recurring subscription.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nudgix to:
- Send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Violate WhatsApp's or Meta's terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
5. Reminders are best-effort
We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, but delivery depends on third parties (WhatsApp/Meta, your network, your device). Nudgix is provided “as is” and we are not liable for missed, late, or undelivered reminders or for any loss arising from reliance on the service. Do not use Nudgix as the sole reminder for safety-critical or time-critical matters.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using Nudgix at any time by messaging “delete my data”. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
