Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a Nudgix Pro subscription and when refunds apply. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
1. Subscriptions
Nudgix Pro is a recurring subscription billed at ₹299 per month. It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime by sending “cancel subscription” in the WhatsApp chat, or by emailing hello@thestupiddevs.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you are not charged again after that.
3. Refunds
Because Pro access is delivered immediately and continuously, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling does not refund the current period. We do issue refunds in these cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge — billed more than once for the same period.
- Billing error — charged an incorrect amount or after a confirmed cancellation.
- Where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@thestupiddevs.com from the contact details on your account, within 7 days of the charge, with the transaction date and your WhatsApp number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days by Razorpay.
